After the death of his girlfriend Lorelai, Charlie has turned to a life of drugs and alcohol to cope with the pain of losing her. After receiving some weird pills, Charlie can't figure out differentiate reality from the delusions in his mind as he starts to confront the past.

Even though she starts to embrace being apart of a fandom, not everyone in her life is happy about this. Will she be able to embrace what makes her truly happy and live her life how she wants to, or will she fall back into her old monotone lifestyle.

Fandoms aren't a new thing. But with the growing online social media culture, they are more prominent than ever. Fandoms give it's members a sense of community and belonging. However, most of the time, they are misunderstood. Even though fandoms may seem very different from each other in terms of what they like, they actually share more similarities than differences. In this documentary, we look at four unique fandoms found in Chicago to see their similarities and what goes on in each fandom.
